Cloud Cost
Your AWS bill is growing faster than your business.
We find where the waste is, recommend what to cut based on effort, risk and saving, and set up the commitments and habits that keep the bill in line with the business.
Sound familiar?
- “The bill keeps going up and the business hasn’t grown to match.”
- “We can’t tell which product or customer is costing us.”
- “We bought some Savings Plans once. No idea if they’re still right.”
- “Engineering says it’s needed. Finance says it’s too much. Nobody can prove either.”
What good looks like
- Every dollar has an owner through tagging by team, product or customer.
- Waste removed idle, oversized and forgotten resources gone.
- The right commitments a mix of Savings Plans, Reserved Instances and Spot that matches how you actually run.
- No surprises budgets and anomaly alerts that flag a jump before the invoice does.
- A shared monthly rhythm where finance and engineering look at the same numbers.

From the team’s experience
Matching compute and commitments to real usage saved one energy retailer more than $700,000 a year.
Common questions
How much can we save?
It depends on how your environment grew. The review gives you an estimated dollar value for each saving before you commit to any implementation work, so you decide with real numbers.
Do you need access to our AWS accounts?
Read-only access to billing and usage data through a role you create and control, and can remove at any time.
Will cutting cost slow things down?
It shouldn’t. We size to measured usage with headroom, and anything that touches production is agreed with your team first.
Do you charge a percentage of the savings?
No. The review is fixed price, so our advice is never tied to how much we find.
