Privacy policy

What personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated: October 2026

Who we are

This policy explains how Nuvrix Pty Ltd (ABN 61 698 636 056), "Nuvrix", "we" or "us", handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, for people in New Zealand, the Information Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, work email, phone number, company and role.
  • What you tell us in emails, calls and bookings about your business and the problem you want help with.
  • Booking details when you schedule a call through our Google Calendar booking page.
  • Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you move around the site.
  • Client project information: when we work on your systems we may come across personal information you hold. We handle that under our agreement with you and our General Terms, and only as needed to do the work.

We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health information, through this website. Please don't send it to us unless we have agreed how it will be handled.

How we collect it

Mostly directly from you: when you fill in our contact form, email us, book a call, or talk to us. We also collect website usage information automatically through analytics tools, and we may collect business contact details from public sources such as LinkedIn or your company website.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, run the call you booked, and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver services we have agreed to provide, and to invoice for them.
  • To send you material you asked for, and occasional updates about our work. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. They set cookies and record usage such as pages viewed, clicks and scrolling. Clarity is set to mask text you type. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Automated decisions

We don't use computer programs to make decisions about you that significantly affect your rights or interests.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business. They handle personal information on our behalf and only for that purpose.
