AI-Accelerated Platform Engineering

Roll out AI coding tools your security and finance teams can sign off.

We help you roll out Kiro or Claude Code across your engineering team in a way that is secure, repeatable and costed per engineer. Then we use the same AI-assisted approach to build the platform it runs on: landing zones, infrastructure as code and pipelines.

Sound familiar?

  • “Half the team pays for their own AI coding tool. We have no idea what code it has seen.”
  • “Security won’t sign off until they know where our code and prompts go.”
  • “We gave it to five engineers. Nobody can tell us whether it’s worth rolling out to fifty.”
  • “Too much depends on one person, and every release is a manual weekend job.”

What good looks like

  • Sign-in through your identity provider with no shared API keys, and access removed when someone leaves.
  • Model access scoped and logged with usage running through your AWS account and your AWS bill.
  • Cost per team and per engineer so you can see what the tools return before you scale them.
  • The same setup every time configuration, rules and guardrails rolled out as code, so the fiftieth engineer gets what the fifth did.
  • A platform built faster landing zone, infrastructure as code and secure pipelines, built with AI assistance and your engineers alongside.
  • Your people running it trained on the tools and the platform, with help on hand when they need it.

How we do it

  1. Assess

How your engineers work today, what your security and finance teams need to see, and which tool fits: Kiro, Claude Code or both.

  2. Pilot

A controlled rollout to one team with sign-in, guardrails and cost tracking in place, measured against delivery metrics agreed up front.

  3. Scale

The same setup rolled out to every team as code, with training, plus the platform work your team keeps putting off, built with AI assistance alongside them.

Where to start

AI Coding Rollout

A rollout of Kiro or Claude Code to one team, built from day one so it can scale to all of them.

What you get

  • Sign-in through your identity provider, no shared keys
  • Scoped model access and usage logging
  • Cost tracking per team and per engineer
  • Standard configuration and guardrails, defined as code
  • Pilot results measured against your delivery metrics

Build the foundations

AI-Accelerated Platform Build

Landing zone, infrastructure as code and secure pipelines, built with AI assistance and your engineers alongside.

What you get

  • Landing zone with identity, logging and guardrails
  • Infrastructure as code your team can review and change
  • Pipelines with security checks built in
  • Runbooks written for your team
  • Training as we go, and an optional monthly retainer after handover

Common questions

Kiro or Claude Code?

It depends on how your engineers work and what you already run. Both can be set up with sign-in through your identity provider and billed through AWS. We pilot with your team and recommend on evidence, and some teams end up using both.

Where do our code and prompts go?

We set the tools up to run through your AWS account, with model access you control and usage logged, so security can see what is used and by whom. We walk your security team through the data flow before the pilot starts.

How do we know it’s worth it?

The pilot is measured against delivery metrics agreed up front, such as cycle time and review load, alongside cost per engineer. You decide on scaling with numbers in front of you.

Do you build the platform for us or with us?

With you. Your engineers pair with ours throughout, because a platform nobody on your team understands is a risk, not an asset.

What happens after handover?

Your team runs it. If you want a safety net, a monthly retainer gives you a set number of hours with us to use on whatever comes up.
